About Kevin

Kevin Ting moved to Nashua in early 2025. He is a New England-based camera operator, drone pilot, and photographer with over a decade of experience across broadcast television, live sports, and commercial production. He started as a digital imaging technician on North Woods Law for Animal Planet and worked his way up to director of photography over six years. His credits span documentary television (Animal Planet, A&E), commercial campaigns (including John Deere), and live sports coverage for ESPN and ABC.

Kevin studied documentary photography and new media at the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies and holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Lafayette College. He is an FAA Part 107 licensed drone operator. Outside of his production work, Kevin shoots personal photography and video projects on his own time.

When we moved here, we started taking walks, often after dinner, and eventually landed on a route and strayed from it only every now and then. Over time I found myself stopping at the same spot – that is how The Clocktower series began. I take a shot every time we pass now, using landmarks in an attempt to shoot from the same position, and guides in my camera to align the shot the same way.

Some days are better than others, but all are worth remembering. Some days the scene matches my mood exactly, others it doesn’t. There are a lot of grey days, days with blue sky, sometimes rain. A group of ducks often make an appearance, sometimes pigeons, if you’re lucky a heron or otter. Some days it’s a quick walk because it’s too cold, others get extended. But besides the company, there’s one thing that remains constant. The Clocktower.
